As Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown attacked AJ Styles, Abyss made his way down and pushed them away – only to attack AJ himself – laying him out with a Black Hole Slam. All three of them attacked AJ until AMW and Sean Waltman made the save.
Backstage Jeff Jarrett, Monty Brown and Abyss confronted Dusty Rhodes and Dusty announced the King of the Mountain match between them, AJ Styles and a wildcard.
Later in the show, Abyss took on Chris Sabin. Sabin tried to use his speed against Abyss, but he got caught and smashed into the ring steps.
A chair got brought into the match, which Sabin kicked into Abyss’s head – it looked like Sabin had the match won but Matt Bentley superkicked Sabin, Abyss then hit the Shock Treatment for the win.
Jarrett got in the ring and shook hands with Abyss, but Abyss pulled him back into a Black Hole Slam. Abyss and Brown stared each other down to end the show.
