This was a Serengeti Survival Match between Abyss and Monty Brown. The winner is the person who puts their opponent onto thumbtacks first.
Brown challenged Abyss to come and fight him on the ramp, and it was on. Abyss worked on Brown’s injured ribs.
Abyss brought a chair and a table into the ring, but he ended up on the receiving end of the chair. While Brown was celebrating, Abyss got him in the Black Hole Slam.
Brown went for the pounce, but Abyss moved – making Brown collide with the table.
Thumbtacks were then laid on the canvas, with Abyss getting his shirt ripped off, and he then got slammed onto them, making Monty Brown the winner.
This was the event where TNA aired the footage of the Vince McMahon/HHH paraody and when Abyss, Shane Douglas, Traci Brooks and 3LK went into WWE catering at the Universal Studios lot. Rey Mysterio can be recognized with his tattoos.
